 These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of alloop.ch, its landing pages and the live-class pages and tools that Alt94 Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales under company number 16607281, with registered office at 5 Brayford Square, London, United Kingdom (“alloop”, “we”, “us”), operates for itself and for its clients. By using them you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

 
## 1. Who we are

 alloop is a service of Alt94 Ltd. We help academies, coaches and educators acquire and serve students: websites and landing pages, live-class pages, measurement and related tools. You can contact us at gestion@alt-94.com.

 
## 2. Clients and visitors

 If you are a client of alloop, the specific services, fees and obligations are set out in your proposal or agreement with us; these Terms apply in addition to it, and the agreement prevails if there is a conflict. If you are a visitor of a page we operate for a client (for example a free live class), the products or courses offered on that page are sold and delivered by that client under its own terms.

 
## 3. Acceptable use

 You agree not to misuse our pages or tools: no unlawful, abusive, hateful or misleading content in chats or forms, no spam, no attempts to access accounts, data or systems you are not authorised to access, and no interference with the normal operation of the service. We may remove content and block access to anyone who breaches these rules.

 
## 4. YouTube API Services

 Some live-class pages include a live chat that uses the YouTube API Services to show the public chat of the client’s YouTube live stream next to the embedded YouTube player. By using those pages you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and your data is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy. How we access, use, store and delete YouTube data is explained in section 6 of our Privacy Policy.

 
## 5. Intellectual property

 The content of alloop.ch, our software and our tools belong to Alt94 Ltd or its licensors. Content of a client’s page belongs to that client. YouTube content belongs to its respective owners and is shown through YouTube’s official player and API. You may not copy, resell or reuse our materials without our written permission.

 
## 6. Availability and changes

 We work to keep our pages and tools available, but we do not guarantee that they will be uninterrupted or error-free, in particular during live events that depend on third-party platforms such as YouTube. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the service.

 
## 7. Liability

 To the extent permitted by law, our pages and tools are provided “as is”, and Alt94 Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for content posted by users or by third-party platforms. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

 
## 8. Privacy

 Our use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

 
## 9. Governing law

 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in your country of residence.

 
## 10. Changes to these Terms

 We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest version, and material changes will be made available on this page.
