5. Advertising & conversion tracking
With your consent, our pages load the Meta Pixel and the Google tag, and we send conversion events (such as page views, leads and bookings) to Meta and Google so we can measure the performance of our advertising and show relevant ads. These events may include hashed identifiers (for example a hashed email address) used solely for matching and deduplication. You can opt out of personalised advertising via Meta ad settings and Google ad settings.
6. YouTube API Services
Some of the live-class pages we operate for our clients (for example the page of a free live class streamed on the client’s own YouTube channel) include a live chat. Our tool alloop tracking – live chat bridge uses the YouTube API Services to read the public live chat of that YouTube live stream and show those messages on the page, next to the embedded YouTube player. Each message coming from YouTube is labelled “YouTube”.
By using these pages you are also subject to the Google Privacy Policy, and the YouTube content and data shown are governed by the YouTube Terms of Service.
- What we access: the text of public chat messages posted in the live stream, the time they were posted and the author’s public YouTube display name and channel identifier. We do not request access to your YouTube or Google account (no OAuth) and we never post or act on your behalf.
- How we use it: only to display those messages on the live-class page while the stream is on air, and to show the client’s moderators the conversation. We do not use YouTube data for advertising, profiling or selling.
- Sharing: the messages are visible to everyone viewing the live-class page, as they already are on YouTube. We do not share YouTube data with any other third party.
- Storage: messages received from YouTube are stored on our servers in the EU so the chat can be shown to people who join later, and are automatically deleted 30 days after they were posted.
- Cookies: the live chat bridge does not set or read any cookies on your device. The embedded YouTube player is provided by YouTube and may set its own cookies, as described in the Google Privacy Policy.
- Your choices: if you do not want your message to appear on the page, delete it on YouTube or write to us at gestion@alt-94.com and we will remove it. Although we never ask for access to your Google account, you can review and revoke access granted to any third-party app at Google security settings.
7. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to operate the site, a first-party analytics cookie to understand usage, and advertising cookies set by Meta and Google when you consent. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings; blocking some cookies may affect how the site works.
8. International transfers
Some providers listed above are located in, or transfer data to, the United States or other countries outside the EU/UK/Switzerland. Where this happens, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the providers’ certification under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
9. How long we keep data
We keep lead and contact data for as long as needed to follow up on your enquiry and for our legitimate business records, and then delete or anonymise it. We keep the IP address with the analytics event it belongs to, to tell real visitors apart from duplicate devices and automated traffic and to prevent fraud. Analytics and advertising data are retained according to the retention settings of the respective platforms (typically up to 14 months for advertising identifiers and a rolling window for analytics). Live chat messages received through the YouTube API Services are deleted automatically 30 days after they were posted.
10. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office; in Switzerland, the FDPIC). To exercise any right, contact us at gestion@alt-94.com.
11. Data security
We use technical and organisational measures — including HTTPS/TLS encryption, access controls and the use of opaque, hashed identifiers instead of raw personal data wherever possible — to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.
12. Children
Our services are intended for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest version, and material changes will be made available on this page.
